- 5 / 5By T. J. TranThis unassuming taco truck on the side of a busy road is truly a hidden gem. The food is cooked to order and delicious, as well as reasonably priced. The sauces provide complex flavors that complement the food, but beware, they are quite spicy! Their menu is simple where you order a type (burrito, taco, gordita, etc) then choose your meat. This system actually allows for a vast number of combinations that allow you to experiment and explore to find your favorite. My personal favorites are tacos with either barbacoa or pastor meat, or the burrito with asada or carnitas. After eating here, I no longer have the desire to eat at other Mexican or Tex-Mex establishments! My only complaint is that it's hard to hear them due to the road noise. Also, be aware that it is CASH ONLY!June 16, 2016
